Big Air Music Inc. is a Colorado "S" Corporation formed in December 1995 to record, publish,and promote Jim Edfors' Music. B.A.M. Inc., is for all intents and purposes, a small independent record label. The 11 charter investors in the corporation enabled the release of Jim's first CD"Reach". Proceeds from the sale of that CD, along with additional investment, were used to produce and release a follow-up disc, "Take Some Time". The corporation continues to be a closely held company (investors currently numbering 13), and profits from the first two CD releases will fund the next recording project.
